Thank you for your interest in my knives. I design my own knives and create them using the stock-removal method which is basically the profiling and grinding of a length of steel to produce a blade. Every part of the knife making process is completed by me in my shop right down to the heat treating and tempering of the steel and Rockwell hardness testing of each blade.
Knifemaking, for me, is a passion and I enjoy every aspect of creating that special blade. I pride myself on completing each knife in-house. Every knife is drawn out on paper, transferred to steel and hand-profiled using no outside resources. I don't use grinding jigs or anything mechanical to complete a knife. Every blade is ground to finish by hand and eye. No two knives will be the same. "Old school" still works for me.
